COACHING FOR LEADERS
It aims to improve the individual and the professional in the fields of: leadership, communication, interpersonal relationships, emotional intelligence, teamwork, among other aspects of the development of human competencies.
Our coaches have certification, experience and strategy to conduct the process.
¿What does the participant achieve at the end of the Program?
- Gets a better understanding of themselves: Strengths and Opportunities for improvement.
- Obtains feedback on how others see him/her with respect to certain requested behaviors, in order to modify those that have a negative impact.
- Works and develops “critical focused competencies”, leadership styles, interpersonal relationships, emotion management, conflict management, among other aspects.
- Questions and recognizes his or her limiting beliefs and works to modify the responses he or she wishes to obtain in his or her environment.
- Finds a better balance between work, family and self, improving the quality of interpersonal relationships.
- Achieves synergy between personal effectiveness and professional efficiency.
- Works with a plan of action that leads him/her to achieve his/her objectives.
- Achieves a transformation that is reflected in the overall well-being of the person.
- Discover and design a new and improved vision of the future.
- Learns coaching skills to apply with their teams, improving their work environment and influencing the improvement of the organizational culture
